CR Advance Service Solution is payable in advance and offers blocks of service units in quantities of 5 or 10 hours. Each service instance will be invoiced per minute.

Blocks are billed based on the following activities:

• Onsite, phone, or remote service
• Troubleshooting, maintenance and support.
• Travel – one way to your location, the other way is on us
• Consulting services and research.
